             Placing an Order

1. Select the item you’d like to purchase. You’ll be directed to the individual product page.

2. For items with multiple colors, select your preferred color. (Hover over the color icon to see its description.)

3. Choose your size from the drop-down menu.

4. Adjust the quantity using the arrows in the quantity box.

5. Click “Add to Cart.”

6. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout by hovering over “Cart” in the navigation bar and selecting “Checkout.”

7. On the Shopping Cart page, you can apply any discount codes, gift certificates, or store credits. 8. Click “Checkout” to enter your shipping and billing information. You may choose to pay securely via PayPal or Wix Payments.

9. Submit your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes. ⸻              Tracking Your Order

To track your package:

• Log in to your account and click “Order Status.”

• Or email us at nadiocha2000@hotmail.com for an update.

• Alternatively, visit USPS.com or UPS.com and enter your tracking number. ⸻

Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders with cleared payment placed during business hours are shipped the next business day.

• Priority shipping (for items $25+): Delivery in 2–3 business days.

• First-Class shipping (small items): Delivery in 4–5 business days.

• Note: Shipping times may vary during winter or holiday seasons.

We ship Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM, using USPS or UPS. ⸻

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Standard orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Express orders cannot be canceled once processed.

• If your order has already shipped, we ask that you accept the package and contact us for assistance. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping if a package must be redirected.

Shipping Policy & Returns Shipping costs are included in the price of our products. However, please note that in the case of a return, the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure your satisfaction.⸻

Your card will be charged upon placing your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
